I have this view in my mind, an image, personification of the life force of our planet, as a beautiful woman with perfect skin, dancing across the Earth with smooth, flowing motion, through the rain and the sunshine, night and day…
Sometimes I feel I want to dance with her, skipping over sand dunes and ocean beds, spreading life and energy to the entire planet.
At other times I believe I want nothing more than to take a great huge axe and hack off every limb of that annoying bitch. To spill her blood upon the icecaps and desert sands and in the rivers, so the whole world is stained red with pain and the music finally stops.
Usually I’m happy enough just to sit in the corner and watch, silently…
